Why are Inspire Training Group different?

We have LIVED with children with developmental trauma and resulting attachment difficulties and successfully, therapeutically re-parented them over a period of many years. We also have a social work background and understand the frustrations and obstacles faced by foster carers, adopters and their supporting professionals.

We specialise in recognising attachment difficulties and associated challenging behaviours, including effective management of compassion fatigue and secondary trauma. Most importantly, we provide real, concrete strategies to manage associated behaviours, empower carers, and therefore improve outcomes and placement stability for children.

Inspire Training Group commissioned the first ever extensive research into compassion fatigue in foster care in November 2016. We can help you meet the challenges identified in this research.
